Our mission
Our mission at Quality Product is to provide our customers with functional and advantageous products, while exercising a customer-oriented development strategy that ensures complete satisfaction. We strive to create long-term relationships based on trust with both our customers and suppliers without compromising on quality. To ensure this, we have established a quality policy which includes meeting the needs of all stakeholders through a risk-based approach, providing resources for continuous development in order to remain competitive in the market place, training activities that increase employee knowledge and awareness of risks associated with quality processes as well as encouraging leadership among employees. Additionally we work closely with our suppliers so they can continue their own growth alongside ours while ensuring compatibility between our Quality Policy objectives and strategic direction within context.
